Shia LaBeouf

Fun Fictional Celebrity Story
of
Shia LaBeouf
from the movie "The Wettest County"

The Sapphire Guardian
“We have to leave!” a young man in white robes said as he frantically entered an underground cavern. A couple woke up with a baby boy in their arms. Their faces were filled with worry. The baby was sound asleep as the mother wrapped him in clean linen. The young man led the family through a narrow pathway with only a ring light to see through the pitch black. The third sun was about to set and it was getting dark. The small group hurried until they finally reached he opening concealed by the huge dark roots of the shadow tree.
“My mother awaits us on the other side of the lake,” the young man said. “We have to hurry or the spell will not work.”
When they reached the lake, a middle-aged woman was waiting for them. She quickly started the portal spell for the family. But just as the family was about to jump into the lake, the jade witch and her henchmen arrived and cast a stone spell on the couple. The baby dropped into the lake. On impulse, the young man in white jumped after the baby just as the portal closed. The middle-aged woman cast a shield spell that pushed the jade witch’s army away from the lake.
“Find him, my son,” the woman said. Her voice echoed and trailed off as she disappeared with the couple. “Find our king.”

What a cute baby!
An unfamiliar voice slowly crept into the young man’s head. He slowly opened his eyes, got up, and searched for the owner of the voice that woke him up. Behind a huge tree, an old couple found a baby that was wrapped with the exact white linens of the future king. The young man had to think fast.
“Help us, please!” the young man said as he pretended to faint in front of the old couple. The old man rushed to him and placed his head on his lap. “Please help me… and my brother.”
The old couple looked at each other and decided to take the two unexpected guests home. After a while, the young man decided to see where the infant king was kept. The old woman placed the baby in an old wooden cradle in the living room while she cooked in the kitchen. The young man tiptoed as quietly as he could, hoping he would be able to get the infant king and escape.
“Sit down and eat, my dear,” the old woman suddenly said as she turned to serve the spaghetti with meatballs and soda. “Your baby brother is all right. You have to eat. What’s your name, by the way?”
“Shia,” he replied. “Shia LeBeouf.”
“Well, Shia, I’m Felicity and my husband is Bernard,” Felicity started. “I think it’s about that you told me what happened to you and to your brother. Where are your parents?”
“We are survivors,” Shia said. “Someone was chasing us…She wanted to kill my brother. Next thing I knew, you and your husband saved us and I thank you.”
Felicity looked at Shia wither soft, welcoming eyes. “We would like to welcome you here in home, Jeremy. Our son died years ago and from that moment on, our lives became empty…this house became so lonely.”
“But now that you’re here,” Bernard continued as he closed the door behind him. He placed a bucket of freshly caught fish in the kitchen sink. “Things are going to be better for all of us. Shia, would you consider letting my wife and I adopt you and your brother?”
Shia LeBeouf knew that he had to hide the future king. The amulet around his neck started to get warm.
“Yes,” Shia replied as he looked at the sleeping infant king. “We would love to be in your home as your children. Thank you.”
The old couple embraced Shia. The amulet got even warmer and warmer. His mother was trying to speak to him. He quickly excused himself and said that he had to rest some more before dinner.
Shia pulled out the amulet that was already glowing. He placed it in front of the dresser mirror. A warm, bright light flashed and after a few more seconds, a middle-aged woman appeared.
“Shia, my son, I’m glad that you’re all right,” the woman said. “I have been watching you through the amulet. Be a good son to the couple. You have to stay there on Earth, year 2012, until the king is strong enough. The jade witch does not want to stop looking for him. You have to stay there until the right time.”
“Yes, mother,” Shia said.
Calistaaaahhhhhh!
“I have to go, Shia,” Calista said. “I have to strengthen my cloaking spell. Keep the amulet with you at all times. Call upon it to help with whatever you need. I love you.”
Calista disappeared. Shia knew that he had to do everything to protect the infant king so he had to play his role well. A few hours passed and dinner was served. Shia and the infant king were about to live a life far from their life in Diama. It was a different dimension and a year he doesn’t know anything about. It was easy to get lost in thought with such a great task at hand.
“Shia,” Felicity said. “What’s your brother’s name?”
The truth was that he had no idea what the infant king’s name was. All that he knew was that the future king was just a few days old when the jade witch attacked. She was just in charge of keeping them concealed. He tried his best to strengthen his cloaking spell but he knew that he still wasn’t strong enough.
“Shia?” Bernard said as he tapped Shia’s arm.
“His name is Lurio,” Shia replied as he had a mouthful of pasta that he has tasted for the very first time. It was surprising and new, much like the new life that he and the infant king were about to live.

Tom Hardy

Fun Fictional Celebrity Story
of
Tom Hardy
from the movie "Tinker, Tailor and Warrior"

Battle of the Omega

Everyone’s eyes were focused on Tom.
He was the newly assigned team commander in the Omega Centauri Space Center. For decades, there have been numerous battles that occurred in that area of the universe. Earth’s alliances have been much defeated for decades already and this time, Tom Hardy was assigned there to make difference. He definitely had what was demanded of a team commander in Omega Centauri… Maybe even more than what was needed. After all, he has been subjected to training and real battle scenarios in Bode’s and Messier galaxies for a total of ten years. At a very young age, he reached team commander position because of the successful missions that he led.
He was just starting to unpack his suitcase when his superior went in and greeted him. There were so many things that he had to do to earn his team’s respect. Some of his team members were older than he was. During training sessions, he never failed to impress everyone with his strategies and techniques. Everytime he ended his sessions, a pair of scrutinizing eyes followed him. One day, the inevitable happened.
“Why do you keep on staring at me that way?” Tom asked as he approached the person concerned.
The woman stopped wiping her sweat off and turned to face him.
“Don’t I have the right to criticize when I want to, Tom Hardy?” she retorted. Tom smiled and couldn’t help but admire the woman’s strong character. Admittedly, Tom wasn’t prepared for this kind of battle.
“What’s there to criticize about me?” Tom asked teasingly. The woman just turned her back at Tom and rolled her eyes.
“Just don’t be too confident, Mr. Hardy,” she said as she gathered her things and headed for the shower room.
“Can I at least get the name of my top critic?” Tom asked as he picked up his things.
“Only if you beat my record, Hardy,” she said as she walked to the shower room door.
Tom smiled to himself as he showered.
“Commander, permission to speak?” a team member asked Tom as he dried off in the locker room.
“Permission granted,” Tom said.
“You have to beat her in the three sports she’s the best in—fire archery, laser track, and strategy battle flight. No one has beaten her yet so everyone just knows her by her last name Detruit.”
“Is that so?” Tom asked in disbelief. “Maybe I should check myself first then.”
“Hope what I said will help a bit, sir,” the team member said.
“Thank you, soldier,” Tom said.
Everyone met in the mess hall for dinner after spending the entire afternoon in theoretical studies and relaxation. Some spent relaxation hours pumping iron. Tom studied battle strategies and always tried to incorporate them into his training sessions. Dinner was roasted chicken, potatoes, pees, and a cup of fruits. Tom just wanted to spend some private time on his balcony. He brought out his guitar and started playing.
“Nice tunes, Hardy,” a familiar female voice said. Adjacent to his balcony was Detruit’s.
“That’s your room?” Tom asked. “How convenient. You could even criticize my music now.”
“Nah, that’s not part of the things I criticize about you.” Detruit retorted. “Just forget my challenge for a while and keep playing. It’s really nice, Hardy.”
“Just call me Tom,” he said. “You sound like my grandmother when she was angry at me.”
Detruit laughed and spent the rest of the night listening to Tom play. After about two hours, she decided  to call it a night. Tom enjoyed the company of his one woman audience. It made him feel good to have someone keeping a close eye on what he was doing. At least he would always be on his feet whenever he trained and went on real battles. But it was really an amazing thing for Detruit to have had such unbeaten records in three of the most challenging training fields in the universe. Tom would have to consider training a bit harder in those fields just to get her name.

“You leave first thing with your team tomorrow, Tom,” Tom’s superior said after the briefing. “Britinu is the planet where the Heliv’s intelligence is stationed. You have to retrieve what they already know and plan.”
“No one has ever tried this before, sir?” Tom asked.
“Several but none returned,” his superior answered. “You’re the best there is, Tom. Do whatever it takes.”
“Sir, I thank you for your confidence,” Tom started. “But when I get there, the lives of my team members come first before any data chip or memory card.”
“Be alive and be back, Tom,” the old man answered with a smile. “Your mother and father are very proud of you.”
Tom smiled and returned to his team. He told them the plan of penetration. He wanted to have a scouting group ahead and once everything’s cleared, the rest of the team would enter the picture. It was one of the biggest retrieval missions that Tom led. And he knew that this one would really help them know the enemy much better than before.
Heliv has long terrorized the planets of Omega Centauri. Every alien race has lost all hope of being freed from his venomous tentacles and jaws. As Tom and his team prepared for the mission, Detruit observed from a distance. She wanted to speak to Tom before their mission. She saw Tom differently. There was something about him that convinced her that he would definitely do it right once she told him about the mistake of all the team commanders before him.
Tom dismissed his team three hours earlier that day so that they would have time to prepare mentally and physically on their own before their mission. Detruit grabbed the chance to talk to Tom when he entered the space cafĂ©.
“Can I talk to you?” Detruit asked as she approached Tom.
“Sure but I have to buy the coffee,” Tom seriously said. Detruit nodded and smiled casually as she watched Tom talk to the barista. She just hoped that he would be open-minded enough to accept what she had to say.

Bradley Cooper

Fun Fictional Celebrity Story
of
Bradley Cooper
from the movie "The Silver Lining Playbook"

Amira’s Kiss

The smell of the countryside always transports the busy entrepreneur, Bradley Cooper, into a place that was really calm and relaxing. As he drove to the fourth branch-to-be of the renowned Enigma Resort Hotel, he breathed in the delicious aroma of fresh grass, clean streams, and of course, the sea. Enigma was situated in a tropical yet secluded part of the US that was meant to be accessed exclusively by those who really want to be alone, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bradley wanted to target those people like him, who hunger for rest and relaxation at a reasonable price.
As Bradley approached the site, he smiled to himself and imagined what it would be like to have Enigma in this part of the States. Enigma has already established its name in Florida. This time, it was South Carolina’s turn. When Bradley finished parking his car, a short man in a white, long sleeved shirt and a hard hat waved at him. It was his assistant, Dave.
“Dave!” Bradley called.  “It’s a bit hot today. What do you guys plan to have for lunch? I AM in time for lunch, aren’t I?”
“Of course, sir,” Dave answered. “I took the liberty of asking the caterer to make some fruit mixed with cream and crushed ice. Plus vanilla ice cream on top.”
“Better make sure the crushed ice doesn’t melt, Dave. I’ll be here for a while,” Bradley said as he removed his coat.  “We have to get this done the soonest. How’s the excavation?”
“Doing good, sir,” Dave replied as he followed Bradley to the site. “There’s something interesting retrieved at the center if the land this morning.”
Bradley stopped in his tracks and turned to face Dave.
“Show me,” Bradley said as he let Dave lead him to the temporary tented lounge.
Dave and Bradley went straight to the private partition of the lounge meant to be an exclusive area for Bradley whenever he went there. On his table was a small wooden chest that was sealed. It had a lock but no key was dug up for it.
Bradley looked at the chest. It somehow caused a stirring of strange feelings inside Bradley.
“What is it, Dave?” Bradley asked his assistant, who noticed the sudden silence of his boss.
“As far as we know, sir, it’s just a chest that was dug up at the site’s dead center,” Dave replied.
Bradley asked for his lunch and when Dave left, he decided to examine the chest. The chest was made of wood with bronze nails and frames. It had an engraved name  on the lock—Amira.
After a few minutes, Dave came in with food. Bradley turned on the television and ate while discussing Enigma’s details with Dave. As they went on with business, the chest’s inner mechanism clicked and suddenly melted. It reacted to the gentle touch that Bradley gave a while ago. Melted gold and bronze oozed from the lock. Then, a small amount of smoke drifted from it. The smoke turned transparent and floated all over the lounge. After bumping into small items on counters and table tops, the transparent smoke drifted to Bradley and circled him.
“Who are you?” the smoke whispered.
Bradley felt something strange, like there was someone talking to him aside from Dave. To clear his mind, he decided to dismiss Dave. Bradley closed his eyes and decided to lie down on the long, white sofa facing the TV. The transparent smoke whispered the same question to Bradley until he thought of the pendant that he had since he was a child. He didn’t remove it even when he bathed. His grandmother gave it to him. Bradley sat up and looked at the chest again. He pulled out his pendant and walked towards the chest. He slowly inserted the key into the lock and turned it.
Click.
The chest opened instantly, revealing a blue, gemstone embedded in gold. It was of the same size as the indention on Bradley’s heirloom key. He picked up the pendant and placed it in his pocket. He wore his key necklace again. The stone was darker than the sapphire and gave a red sheen when it was touched by a light source. It was something that Bradley has never seen before.
Dave came back with some documents to be signed. Bradley immediately closed the chest and talked to Dave. The key was hot against his chest, under his shirt. He decided to get the inspection over with and then go home. He just left the chest in the lounge. By the time Bradley arrived in his condo, he brought out the pendant and placed it on his living room table. He removed the heirloom key from around his neck and placed it beside the pendant.
He decided to fix some snacks. Bradley’s faithful Rottweiler followed him to wait for his snack as well. But the dog didn’t stay with Bradley for long. The Rottweiler immediately trotted to the living room and barked at the two objects that shook. The pendant was pulled into the key. When Bradley returned to the table, he was very astonished at what happened. The key had the dark gem and Bradley was free to wear it at any given time but he didn’t at that moment. It was a very strange thing for a pendant to jump into his grandmother’s antique key. He knew he had to pacify himself and his dog so he went out for a walk in the local park.
The moment the door closed, the pendant released the same smoke that appeared in the lounge. The smoke gathered and formed a solid figure. Then, a woman materialized in Bradley’s apartment.
“Who are you?” she asked out loud. “Why you, Bradley Cooper?”
The woman studied every appliance and furniture in Bradley’s condominium. She obviously didn’t know what they were for so chaos resulted after a lot of button pressing. After an hour, Bradley opened his door and discovered his ruined apartment. His Rottweiler barked loudly and quickly scouted his territory. Bradley started to look for his dog when it fell silent. He wondered why his dog was sitting quietly at the corner of his bedroom staring at the wall. The woman made herself invisible to Bradley that moment. But no matter how hard she tried, the dog just kept looking at her.
“Yes, sir,” Bradley was on the phone. He called 911 because of the mess. “No, nothing’s missing. It’s just as if someone was looking for something and left.”
The invisible female entity floated beside Bradley as he went on with the call.
“In time, Bradley Cooper,” the woman whispered. “In time, you will know who I am.”

Jennifer Lawrence

Fun Fictional Celebrity Story
of
Jennifer Lawrence
from the movie "The Hunger Games"

Returning

“All right, class, that’s it for today,” Jennifer Lawrence announced in front of his class of fifteen pastry students. Jennifer was the owner and founder of her own teaching pastry center. It was already a year old and it has already produced more than twenty students. It was blossoming quite well especially when her graduates were accepted in pastry shops, bakeries, and restaurants within the area. Some even started their own pastry shop. It was a realization of what Jennifer has long dreamed about since she was a little girl. But as she went ob fulfilling her dream, things just got better and better, more than she ever hoped for. Sometimes, she would think that all her success was because of her grandmother’s necklace.
Her grandmother gave the necklace to her when she turned seven. The old woman told her that if she wished really hard and whispered her wish to the dark sapphire pendant, it would really come true. That night, the seven-year-old Jennifer did just that and slowly but surely, everything came true. Maybe it was because of the pendant, maybe it was hard work but Jennifer just couldn’t shake the thought out of her head.
One night, as Jennifer drove home, her phone rang. When she answered it, it was just pure static so she hung up. When she looked back at the road, she was almost blinded by a flash of light. Jennifer slowly opened her eyes and what she saw was a garden in full color. Her head was trying to remind her that it was night time but this was where she was at. She turned off her engine and stepped out of the car. Jennifer’s head was spinning. She was confused. She really didn’t know how to take all of this.
“How was your journey, highness?” a small voice said from behind. Jennifer was a bit startled at the greeting but she turned to see who spoke it.
A small boy in a light brown robe appeared before her. His skin was cream-colored; his cheeks were like cherries; his hair was like grapes; and his fingers were like sausages.
“We have been waiting for you. I’m Kaero,” he said as he offered his hand to Jennifer who was still busy looking around. Jennifer didn’t take his hand. She still wasn’t sure if she was awake or still dreaming. The boy scratched his head but didn’t feel bad about Jennifer’s uncertainty.
“Come, highness, I’ll show yah around,” Kaero said.
“Why do you keep calling me ‘highness’?” Jennifer asked as she started to follow Kaero. It was just then that she realized they were walking on cotton candy grass. There were marshmallow bushes, toffee twigs, butter cream canopies, chocolate caramel streams, custard mounds, and coffee fountains. Why was she suddenly transported into a world that comprised of the ingredients that she used in her pastry kitchen? And why her?
Kaero glanced at her as they made their way into the chocolate pretzel forest. The air was thick with the smell of sweetness and tartness. Jennifer never thought of being inside a world that kids would kill for. She suddenly became attracted by the chocolate stream. Jennifer slowly walked towards the dark, enticing liquid but Kaero quickly held her back.
“Don’t do that,” Kaero warned. At that moment, a slithering flying chocolate serpent jumped from the stream.
“The waters here hold great danger and mystery especially to those like you, who have been gone for a long time,” Kaero explained.
“What do you mean? I was here?” Jennifer asked. “You have to tell me what’s going on or I’m walking back to my car.”
“Even if you do, you can’t go back yet,” Kaero retorted. “Not without my help.”
Jennifer pouted but kept on following Kaero. In the middle of the chocolate pretzel forest was a like a gigantic chocolate pretzel tree. Its trunk was as big as a five-block, thirty-storey high building but made with chocolate pretzels.
Just then, the gates were lowered and trumpets announced Jennifer’s and Kaero’s arrival. Inside the giant  pretzel was a kingdom. Small people dressed like Kaero were practically running everything. They were baking, whipping, mixing, folding, juicing, beating, creaming, and every single process that Jennifer did in her kitchen. Kaero led the stunned Jennifer to the throne room where a very old lady sat patiently, waiting for them.
“Welcome,” the old woman weakly greeted.
“Majesty,” Kaero greeted as he bowed low. “I have brought the chosen one, her highness, Jennifer Lawrence of Earth.”
Jennifer, surprised at the introduction, still managed to bow down before the old woman.
“Uh—your majesty,” Jennifer stammered. “May I speak?”
“You have always carried that privilege since you were born, Princess Jennifer,” the old queen said.
“Where am I?” Jennifer asked in bewilderment. “I was on my way home when I suddenly found myself here in this beautiful, sweet, edible land.”
“You are in Delectia, Princess. I am Tapiora, queen of Delectia,” Tapiora answered. “You are here because you returned to us.”
“Returned?” Jennifer asked. “I don’t understand.”
Tapiora nodded at Kaero.
“The queen’s daughter was taken from her the moment she was born here in Delectia. Someone hid her from us because the queen’s dark twin, Yatunia, wanted the throne. The queen spent years in search of her lost daughter. A week after the newborn’s disappearance, the priestess had a vision that a daughter would find her way back at the ripe age. Sure enough, you’re here now, Princess Jennifer. The vision prophecy came true.”
Jennifer was in shock. The story meant that her life on Earth was just on borrowed time. It just so happened that her life there was up because she was already ripe t go back to Delectia.
“So, if I am here already, what am I supposed to do?” Jennifer asked.
“You are already of ripened age to be the new queen of Delectia,” Tapiora said. “You have to be queen before the fifth moon rise or Yatunia will hold power. That would mean that Delectia will no longer be as you see it. Yatunia will destroy Delectia because she wants pure bitterness to rule. She even plans to take over the Earth after she gets rid of Delectia.”
Jennifer was saddened by the thought that she had to leave what she started on Earth but she had to save Delectia and Earth at the same time… If only she really knew how.
“Make me the new queen, mother,” Jennifer said as she slowly bowed down in acceptance of the crown.

Fifth

“Your highness, the queen would like to have tea with you.”
The dark-haired princess in her long lace gown, studded with rare Aruthian crystals turned to her servant and smiled. Her mother always made sure that they had tea together every afternoon. There were times when they did not have breakfast or dinner together because of important matters that the queen must attend to. But tea time was a mandate for both mother and daughter.
“My dear Nireya, come sit beside me,” Queen Haralah said as she motioned for her daughter to come close. “We have important matters to discuss.”
“You seem very happy, mother,” Nireya greeted as she bowed and lifted her mother’s hand just in front of her light, supple lips. She sat beside the queen while the servants prepared her tea and brought in the afternoon delicacies of berry custard cakes, cheese tarts, meat rolls, and egg custard pies. The tea was especially made for royalty—Jaressi tea—a rare tea that only grew at the top of the highest peak in Aruthia. It always took a month for servants to climb the mountain and harvest the tea leaf tips. Nireya smelled the sweet aroma of the Jaressi tea. It was their favorite. Nireya always poured fresh lamb’s milk into her cup while the queen added some fresh honey into hers. The princess looked up at her mother who was smiling at her as she chewed on a cheese tart.
“Nireya,” Haralah started. “I know the pressures of the crown are getting to you already and I don’t want to see you stressed.”
“It’s all right, mother,” Nireya said as she held her mother’s hand. “I’m your daughter and I know my present and future responsibilities.”
“That’s what I thought,” Haralah said. “And I know that you’re ready.”
Nireya silently watched the queen as she called for her maid. The faithful servant came closer and extended her hands that held a small, platinum chest that rested on a blue, silk pillow. Haralah opened the chest and revealed a platinum ring that embraced the most beautiful gem that Nireya has ever seen.
“This is the ring that was made for the fifth princess of Aruthia,” Haralah said as she picked up the ring and placed it in Nireya’s right forefinger. “It’s just a ring for now.”
Nireya looked at the ring in her finger. Its dark green glow changed to yellow, blue, and red when light passes through it.
“For the fifth princess,” Nireya repeated. “Why, mother? When was this ring forged?”
The queen stood up and walked to the aviary at the side of the palace garden. Nireya followed.
“All of the family rings were made millennia ago,” Haralah started. “Each ring possesses a power unique from the rest of the sister rings.”
Halarah turned and faced her daughter.
“Nireya, my dear,” Halarah said as she held her daughter’s hands. “As the fifth princess, you are the last to go and free your ring’s powers. When you do, you will have control of all the five rings of Aruthia. Once you have your ring’s powers, you must return and unite it with the past four rings of the past four princesses of Aruthia. By then, you will fulfill the prophecy.”
“What prophecy, mother?” Nireya asked. “The scholars never mentioned of a prophecy to me.”
“You will in time. For now, you should prepare for your quest,” Halarah said.
Nireya understood her mother’s tone. With that, she hurriedly went to her quarters and prepared her things. Before she slumbered that night, she prayed to the three guardian stars of Aruthia. The following morning, Nireya left even before the first sun rose. She wore a commoner’s clothes to camouflage herself in the woods. The princess was supposed to make it to the secret Aruthian lake before the third sun sets.
When Nireya made it to the Aruthian lake, an old woman was there. Nireya thought that she must have been over a century already.
“Welcome, fifth princess of Aruthia,” the woman greeted. “I am Feres—priestess and leader of the hidden tribe of the Aruthian lake.”
Just then, children came out from the darkness of the woods. There were only a handful of mature women and men. Nireya smiled at her welcome. Everyone walked with Feres and Nireya as they entered the forest.
“First, you rest. Then we start your training,” Feres said. Nireya respectfully nodded. The children gathered around Nireya as she walked. She was led to her cottage. Food, drink, and fresh tribal clothes were offered to her. Even if she brought her own clothes, she chose to wear the ones of the tribe. Nireya was invited to bathe in the warm springs that they prepared for her. Feres performed a blessing ceremony at the beginning of Nireya’s warm bath.  Before she came out of the spring, fragrant oils were rubbed on her. This was believed to awaken her inner strength and resilience. Feres said that it was part of her preparation for the awakening of her ring. That night, as the third moon rose, NIreya prayed to her ancestors and to the great serpent phoenix—Kaliv.
Nireya always believed that Kaliv watched over her. When she was just a little girl, she got lost in the woods at night when she tried to follow a small bunny late in the afternoon. It was pitch black. She didn’t know what to do. Nireya just managed to find a huge tree and sat on its roots. Suddenly, a wild tiger-boar came and snarled at the young princess. Its red eyes glowed in the dark. Just as the creature took its first step, a long streak of fire appeared in front of the scared Nireya. The tiger-boar ran in fear and never looked back. The long steak of fire was the serpent phoenix. It led Nireya out of the woods and disappeared under the bright moonlight.
“Be with me, serpent phoenix,” Nireya whispered before she slept. The three Aruthian moons shone brightly over the tribe. Feres was still awake and performed a cloaking spell over the entire forest. It was her responsibility to protect her tribe. As Feres gazed at the moons, she smiled at the new hope that Nireya brought to all of Aruthia. She just prayed that the Wedix won’t know about the fifth princess just yet.

Jeremy Renner

A Fun Fictional Celebrity Story
of
Jeremy Renner
from the movie "Hansel & Gretel"

The hypnotizing glint of the rare alexandrite was too enticing to resist. Even if it was just a photo, it spoke differently to one very persistent rare gem collector—Jeremy Renner. For years, he has spent time and resources to track the gemstone down. Finally, his exclusive asset called him up and spoke of an alexandrite gem as big as a baseball that was located inside an underground tomb. The ancient tomb was heavily guarded and revered by the old Drito tribe. To them, the alexandrite was the very essence of life on earth and beyond. It may be green under ordinary light but turned bright red with fire around it. He told himself that he just had to have it. He did every possible research about the Drito tribe and Tanzania itself and as soon as everything was arranged, he left for Tanzania alone.
Jeremy knew of the powers that the alexandrite had. It was known to be the gem of the Friday’s Child. His mother told him that he was born on a Friday and for him, to have the alexandrite in his possession was really written in his stars. He was sure that the moment the gemstone sensed his presence, something powerful would happen. It was the feeling that he always had in his gut and he knew that he had to follow it.
The asset named Bahati welcomed him and served as his guide in Tanzania. Jeremy instantly recognized Bahati because they have already been together in past expeditions.
“Hey, Jeremy!” Bahati greeted with a high five. “You haven’t changed, my brother. It is good to see you.”
“Thank you for this, Bahati,” Jeremy said as he placed his hand on Bahati’s shoulder. “You just don’t know what this means to me.”
“I must warn you, though,” Bahati said. “It won’t be an easy ride.”
Jeremy smiled and followed Bahati to the van. It was a three-hour travel to Bahati’s place. He told Jeremy that it would be best for him to stay with him rather than in a hotel. Jeremy and Bahati treated each other like brothers. Bahati couldn’t possibly let anything happen to Jeremy. Tanzania was Bahati’s home. To him, it was his responsibility to protect and guide his best friend… no matter what.
“So what can you tell me about the Drito?” Jeremy asked over a dinner of roasted wild chickens, sweet potato, and white elephant. Bahati and Jeremy both liked the flavor of coconuts and rum so they always had white elephant together. Bahati mixed the drink better than any bartender in any bar they went to.
“Brother, you have to understand that what you’re going to do has never been done before,” Bahati started. “The alexandrite gemstone that the Drito tribe has is said to be the balancing stone between the human and the spirit world. If you take it without knowing how to, then you will cause chaos. The spirits will be free to take whatever they want from the human world.”
Jeremy was silent as he drank his white elephant.
“Jeremy, I can’t let you do this,” Bahati said. “I agreed to lead you to the Drito tribe that has the alexandrite that you want but only to make you understand what it really is. Not help you take it.”
Jeremy Renner finally realized that what he wanted to do was a bit egotistical and selfish. He was a visitor in Tanzania and the last thing that he should do is take the alexandrite that the Drito tribe treasured. To be a guest in the tribe itself was a privilege already for no one was allowed to enter if they were not trusted by Afua—the leader’s daughter. Legend said that if Afua’s animal spirit did not find the person trustworthy, then the guest would never enter the premises of the Drito.
“All right, Bahati,” Jeremy said after a large gulp. “I will settle for the encounter. That’s it. I promise.”
“You better be serious about that,” Bahati said as he poured himself another glass of white elephant. “Afua will see if you’re the real thing.”
“Afua?” Jeremy said as he offered his empty glass to Bahati.
“The Drito tribal leader’s daughter,” Bahati said as he filled Jeremy’s glass. “Beautiful.”
A few days of rest and thorough orientation about the Drito tribe followed. Bahati made sure that Jeremy would be able to pass Afua’s animal spirit. No one knew how to do this but a tribesman himself and Bahati was a direct descendant of the tribe’s priest.
“We sleep early tonight, brother,” Bahati said as he entered his quarters. Jeremy was still awake, tinkering with his iPad.
“I’m trying to Google the Drito for more information,” Jeremy said. “I can’t find any.”
“That’s ‘cause we have never been discovered yet,” Bahati said. “Now you know why you’re one of the privileged”
Jeremy turned off his iPad and tried to sleep. Afua…It means protection…Why would protection be the task given to a woman? Jeremy thought to himself as sleep slowly enticed him. He closed his eyes and slumbered quietly into the night.

Underneath the full moon, a dark beauty bathed in its pale light. Her eyes were closed as the evening breeze washed all over her. The air smelled of fragrant night blossoms and herbs. Fireflies encircled her. Something stirred in the dark beauty. Her jaguar spirit spoke to her during the moon’s full circle. Not far from her was her familiar—the jaguar. Their eyes locked as the huge cat approached his mistress. Then, like a domesticated cat, the jaguar curled up and placed his head on Afua’s lap. Afua caressed her companion. They shared a bond that was stronger than blood. Afua raised the jaguar since it was just a week old. Abandoned by his mother, the jaguar trusted Afua with his life and totally depended on her. She named him Tuponile, which means We are saved. A perfect name for a loyal and brave guardian of the Drito princess.
“Someone special will be among us soon,” Afua whispered as she stroked Tuponile’s coat. “A savior will be among us soon.”

The Chocolate Factory

This was a story written by Mian at figment.com.  The contest was to write an utopian story featuring Colin Firth.  The title of the story is "The Chocolate Factory."

“What are you looking at, Dill?”
It was a very hot mid-morning. Dill and Celery were outside their hut wearing their radiation suits as always. Since the nuclear fallout fifteen years ago, everything just got drenched in radiation. It was mandatory for everyone to build their homes underground, much like bomb shelters but layered in liquid lead and aluminum to repel radiation. They only get to go out if their radiation suits are dry enough. Dill and Celery have been best friends long after the fallout. It happened five years before they were born. Ever since radiation poured over the Earth, the strangest things happened—the unprotected individuals mutated into Colin Firth (even women), the whales started speaking, and the only trees that survived were the experimental biogenetic chocolate trees. All men, women, and children who looked like Colin Firth stayed in a city called the City of Firth where they had their own chocolate industry.
Celery followed Dill at the edge of the cliff. Dill was looking at the vast ocean that has already turned the darkest blue. The only animals left are the whales—killer whales, sperm whales, and sei whales. It seemed that the radiation made their DNA more modified. As a result, since that fateful day, all whales were capable of speaking the human language.
“I wonder where Paprika is,” Dill said as he maintained his gaze over the dark blue waters.
“I don’t know. She said she was just going to ask Dr. Willard about the chocolate harvester for whales,” Celery answered. “She said that it would be great income for whales to harvest chocolates for the factory,” she added.
“That was three hours ago. What’s taking her so long? Is Dr. William “Willie Wonka” Willard making her taste his experimental chocolates gain? “said Dill.
“I hope not. The last time she came out of the factory, she was floating! It was cool and all but just a little weird for a killer whale to do,” Celery said. She joined Dill in waiting for their close aquatic mammalian friend.
“What’s for dinner?” Dill asked with a naughty smile.
Celery looked at him in an annoyed way and said, “Chocolate stew with white chocolate biscuits and chocolate cream. Chocolate shaped fruit on the side.”
“Don’t you ever get tired of asking me that every single day?” she added. Ever since the fallout, all they had to eat was chocolate. The factory was there to make the sole produce from the chocolate trees a bit interesting. Spices, meat, and vegetables were totally wiped off the face of the earth (This is why everyone born during the fallout was named after spices).
Dr. Willard (who looked like Colin Firth) thought of ways to experiment with chocolates. They produced chocolates for floating, breathing underwater, skin perfection, wound healing, shampoos, conditioners, soap, and almost anything that is imaginable. Taste and shape are also modified in the factory to excite the taste buds.
“I would love to stay for dinner, then,” a familiar voice said. Dill and Celery turned around to see who it was and it was and to their surprise, it was Dr. Willard.
“Where’s Paprika?” Dill asked as he raised his left eyebrow.
“She’s right there! Can’t you see—oh right. I let her taste my new chocolate flavor—invisibility chocolate,” Dr Willard proudly said as he watched waves of water come toward them. Suddenly, there was a loud thud against the side of the cliff.
“I think Paprika may have been a little too excited,” Dr. Willard said. The three ran down the side of the cliff. The effects of the invisibility chocolate were starting to fade. Paprika was dazed.
“Are you okay, Paprika?” Celery asked as she ran toward the injured whale.
“I’m okay. It was effective, doc. Did you give your chocolates to Dill?” paprika reminded Dr. Willard.
“Oh yes! Right…Here, Dill. Tell your pregnant mother to eat these chocolates five times a day, to counter the effects of radiation on her pregnancy,” Dr. Willard said. “Radiation is still quite strong and that will prevent your future brother or sister from becoming one of the Firths.”
Dill, Celery, and Paprika looked at each other. The reason why Dr. Willard never stops experimenting with chocolate was that he wanted to look for a reversal formula for the City of Firth.
“Thank you, doc,” Dill said empathetically. “Someday, you will find that cure. By then, you could finally know which one is really your wife.”
